My fitness journey began in 2009, when I made the decision to transform my life and build my physique from the ground up. Starting in Guam with limited resources, I embraced a fundamentals-focused approach to training, leaning on science, biomechanics, and relentless consistency. Through hard work and dedication, I earned my IFBB Pro status, overcoming challenges and redefining what was possible for myself.
This experience taught me that transformation isn’t just physical — it’s about building strength, discipline, and confidence that carry into every aspect of life. It’s this mindset I bring to my clients, and it’s the expectation I set for the people I work with. I believe in progress through intentional effort and I expect the same level of commitment from my clients that I hold myself to every day.

My coaching is designed to help clients unlock their potential through precise movement, tailored programs and accountability.
